TAWANI Enterprises, Inc. Streamlines its Property Management Division Under One Centralized Brand

Chicago, IL - TAWANI Enterprises, Inc., a dynamic organization that honors the lessons of history to create positive change for individuals, properties and businesses, announces a rebranding of its property division under the new name TAWANI Property Management, effective immediately. The change will bring into focus TAWANI Enterprises, Inc.’s long standing commitment to enriching communities and creating value for future generations to enhance the quality of life.

TAWANI Property Management will have four divisions based on geographic locations and service offerings. The categories include: Chicago (formerly known as Rogers Park Vintage Management), Gold Coast, Loop (formerly known as J&J ARNACO), and Stone Heritage Properties which includes its luxurious and award-winning bed and breakfast and vacation and event rental collection (i.e. Emil Bach House designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, Lang House B&B, Stone Porch by the Lake, Stone Terrace B&B and Lincoln Way Inn B&B). The new website, www.tawanipropertymanagement.com, will capture respective property divisions in one convenient place for tenants, prospective customers, guests and interested patrons.

The rebranding also coincides with the company’s announcement of two new and exciting real estate projects in the Gold Coast and Rogers Park, respectively. Teaming up with architect Booth Hansen and Berglund Construction Company as the general contractor, the 111 Chestnut Row Homes will consist of seven luxurious Italianate style homes in the Gold Coast with an estimated completion date of March 2018. Meanwhile, 1323 W. Morse Avenue in Rogers Park will be a beautiful eight story apartment building designed by architect Z Feng Architect & Company, with Pepper Construction serving as the general contractor. A completion date is slated for early 2018.
