Temporary Traffic Control Plan Near Ryan Field Jan. 12-19

ComEd will work to upgrade the electrical service to Ryan Field, 1501 Central St., beginning Monday, January 12. The construction project will impact the west side of Ashland Ave. from Ryan Field to the alley located just south of Central St., and the east and west alley located south of Central St.

Parking restrictions will be posted along the west side of Ashland Ave. and the north side of the alley. Barricades will be placed along the construction site to create a safe work zone with modified traffic patterns along the west side of Ashland Ave. and in the alley. Flaggers will be on site to assist motorists and pedestrians for the duration of the project.

Construction will be completed between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. from January 12 to Monday, January 19.

Please note that construction will not result in power interruptions.
