Traffic Changes on Sheridan Road This Week
Traffic control will be implemented as water service will be installed for Northwestern University's tennis center.

A temporary traffic control plan will be implemented in the 2300 block of Sheridan Rd. and the 600 block of Colfax St. from Tuesday, November 10 through Saturday, November 14, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Goodman Plumbing will install new water service for Northwestern University’s Vandy Christie Tennis Center.

During the project, crews will shift the southbound lanes of Sheridan Rd., between Colfax St. and Dartmouth Pl., utilizing traffic control. Colfax St. will be reduced to one lane with two-way traffic between Sheridan Rd. and Orrington Ave. In order to create a safe work zone, parking will be prohibited. Normal parking and traffic patterns will be permitted when crews are not present.
