Unregistered Sex Offender Exposed Self To Teenage Girls: Police
The 33-year-old Chicago man was allegedly seen by the girls while they were exercising at the Grove Street YMCA last month.

A sex offender faces two charges of sexual exploitation of a child and failure to register his change of address a few weeks after he was allegedly observed by two teenage girls exposing himself and masturbating at the Grove Street YMCA in Evanston.
According to police, two teenage girls, one 15 and the other 16, were utilizing the exercise equipment at the YMCA at 1000 Grove Street at 8:45 p.m. on April 20 when they observed a man believed to be Tony G. Allen, 33, Chicago with his penis exposed and masturbating.

“The females left the exercise area and reported the incident to the staff, during which time the male suspect fled the facility on foot,” according to a report.
After obtaining surveillance footage of the individual from the YMCA, a detective canvassing the area on May 6 spotted the suspect in the 1500 block of Sherman Avenue and took him into custody.

Two days later, the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office approved charges of two counts of sexual exploitation of a child (Class 4 Felony) and a count of failure to register-change of address (Class 3 Felony) against Allen.
