Warrant Issued For Hairdresser Charged With Battery, Child Endangerment
The wanted Wilmette hairdresser accused of domestic battery threatened a lawsuit.

EVANSTON, IL — A warrant has been issued for an Evanston hairdresser accused of domestic battery and child endangerment, according to the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Evanston police said the warrant is valid in Cook County and collar counties. Senan Parganlija, 25, of the 800 block of Seward Street, continues his practice at Salon Fusion in Wilmette despite his active arrest warrant, he explained.
"I'm out here on a warrant, on a warrant, come find me," Parganlija boasted, threatening to sue Patch and other unrelated media outlets. "I'm going to [expletive] you up, I'm going to find you, [expletive]."
In a series of phone calls, Parganlija confirmed that he was aware of the active warrant but proclaimed his innocence with regards to his June 1 arrest in Evanston for child endangerment and domestic battery. According to police reports, Parganlija allegedly pulled his child's parent to the ground by the mouth, pulling his ex-partner's hair and throwing a backpack which struck their 5-year-old child.

Parganlija told Patch he never hit anyone and missed court because he fired his lawyer and was out of town for a hair cutting class, resulting in a bond forfeiture warrant being issued on Aug. 7. "At the end of the day, I'm still cutting hair, and you're jobless," Parganlija assured, amidst a stream of profane invective and threats. "I'm gonna [expletive] you up real bad because you're a [expletive] [expletive], I promise you I'm gonna [expletive] you. write that. write it [expletive], I'm going to [expletive] you up, I promise you," he said, promising a series of lawsuits for publishing information about his warrant and arrest.
"The next article you're going to write is going to be, 'Hairdresser beats the [expletive] out of a [expletive] journalist,' that's the next article you're going to write," predicted Parganlija.
