EVANSTON, IL — An Evanston woman accused of setting her boyfriend's house ablaze on Saturday night has been charged with felony arson, police said. Investigators believe she had been in an argument with her boyfriend and threatened to "f--- his s--- up" around 8:30 p.m. on the night of the fire, which originated at three separate spots in the house.
