Police were called that night to a report of a parked car playing “excessively loud” music. When they arrived, they found two women in the car with an open container of alcohol and found the car’s registration to be suspended due to an insurance violation.
The offending woman exited the car and began yelling at the officer after he informed her of this and then threw a bottle of liquid bleach.
