• Evergreen Park Library Launches Ambitious 'Unearth A Story' Summer Reading Challenge (patch.com) — Evergreen Park residents are being challenged to join the library’s new Unearth a Story summer reading program, running now through July 31. With a goal of 1,000 readers or 750,000 minutes logged, the community can unlock a library foundation–sponsored block party on Aug. 8 featuring games, food, and family fun at 9400 S. Troy Avenue.
