β’ Citizens Group Backs Referendum To Build A New Central Middle School On November Ballot (patch.com) β Evergreen Park parents and residents are rallying behind a $68 million referendum to replace the aging, 99-year-old Central Middle School with a safer, more modern facility on the same site. The proposal, on the Nov. 3 ballot, would raise taxes about $50 per month for a $300,000 home and promises improved security, ADA access, air quality, and flexible learning spaces for Evergreen Park students.
