Armed Forces Summer Bash Offers Resources For Veterans At Yukich Field
Jesse Brown VA, Hines VA and community partners will present a fun-filled bash for the Armed Forces Friday, Aug. 2, at Yukich Fields.
EVERGREEN PARK, IL — The Chicago Veterans Center and the Jesse Brown VA Women’s Health Center Program will be presenting an Armed Forces Summer Bash this Friday, Aug. 2. The bash runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Yukich Fields, 8900 S. Kedzie Ave., Evergreen Park.
Find out about all the resources and services available to veterans through Jesse Brown VAMC, Hines VA outreach, along with community partners like Wounded Warrior Project, Hinsdale Humane Society, Honor Flight Chicago and many more.
Veterans, active duty, National Guard and Reservists, along with their families and community members are invited to a fun-filled day featuring 30 vendors, kids art activities and food from Fat Tommy’s.
