Prosecutors said the young girl, who is the daughter of Foster’s girlfriend, described Foster’s genitals to her mother during a conversation on Nov. 6. According to the charges, the girl said Foster allegedly put his penis into her mouth and ejaculated on her face. She told her mother it looked like “that stuff that comes out of your mouth when you’re sick.”

Prosecutors alleged Foster performed other sexual acts on the child, including oral sex and putting his hands on her buttocks and genitals underneath her clothes.

Foster’s family members packed one side of the courtroom Monday as he went before a judge. His attorney, Matt Fletcher, told the judge Foster’s family had often left young relatives in Foster’s care, and the children never registered a complaint of inappropriate touching or conduct.

“His family is deeply shocked by these allegations,” Fletcher said.

The attorney asked for a reasonable bail. Foster’s family members gasped when the judge set bail at $1 million.

Should Foster bond out, Judge Felice ordered him to wear a GPS tracker. Foster is also forbidden from contacting the victim or her family and cannot be alone with any children under the age of 18.

Several of Foster’s family members left the courtroom in tears. One woman muttered under breath, “I’m going to spit on that bitch.”

Later there was a screaming match in the hallway.

Foster’s next court date is Dec. 4.
