Disgruntled Employee Threatens To Blow Ex-Boss’s Head Off: Warrant

Warrant issued for man charged with electronic harassment.

EVERGREEN PARK, IL -- Evergreen Park police were in court seeking a warrant for a former restaurant employee who allegedly threatened to blow his ex-boss’s head off.

The detective told the judge that Anthony A. Carter had been employed at an Evergreen Park restaurant. Around April 21, he texted his boss that he was still owed for ten hours of work. When the owner called Carter back, the detective said Carter threatened to blow his boss’s head off.

The judge asked how the restaurant owner knew it was Carter.

“He recognized his voice,” the detective said.

A warrant was issued for electronic harassment.
