Evergreen Park Buys Former Walgreens Building
Future plans for the property are unclear.

Evergreen Park trustees Monday unanimously decided to scoop up the vacant building that formerly housed Walgreens.
The property at 3541 W. 95th St. will cost the Village $1.65 million, to be funded through revenue from a special taxing district.
The property has been vacant since Walgreens relocated last year. Officials do not have a set plan for the property, but might consider reselling it, Daily Southtown reports.
