Manhattan Short Film Fest Screens At Evergreen Park Library
View and vote on the 10 finalists' films from nine continents Sept. 26, Sept. 28 and Sept. 30 at the Evergreen Park Public Library.

EVERGREEN PARK, IL — The 2024 Manhattan Short Film Festival returns to the Evergreen Park Public Library, featuring ten outstanding films from six continents.
The library has showings planned for Sept. 26, Sept. 28 and Sept. 30. Each short film is automatically Oscar-qualified. Film buffs will not only get to view the films, they will have a chance, as part of a worldwide audience, to cast their vote for their favorite film and actor from their respective venues.
The Evergreen Park library is one of 500 locations hosting the ten finalist films between Sept. 26 and Oct. 6. The finalists will screen simultaneously across the world, with the Best Film and Best Actor awards determined by ballots cast by the audiences in each participating venue.

Showings at the Evergreen Park Public Library, 9400 S. Troy Ave., will take place at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26; 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 28; and Monday, Sept. 30, at 9 a.m., noon, 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Reserve a time that works for you.
The short films are each no longer than 20 minutes. The Final Ten MANHATTAN SHORT finalists hail from nine countries with films from Australia, The Netherlands, Italy, France, Croatia, Ireland, Ukraine and United Kingdom alongside two films from the USA, including:
