OCS Offers Exciting One-Day Trips

Trips to Pullman Historic Site, Indiana Amish Country and much more on the schedule!

The Evergreen Park Office of Citizens’ Services has some exciting one-day trips planned this year, continuing an annual tradition that has been enjoyed by residents and non-residents alike for many years.

“Our travelers love the short trips for many reasons,” said Beth Novotney, OCS Director. “We’ve been able to enjoy some very nice locations, not too far away, but very appealing. Plus, you’re spending time with people on a nice motorcoach bus ride, and, along with a nice luncheon included. . .it’s always a perfect day.”

Thursday, August 14 - Pullman National Monument
The trip includes stops at Visitor Center, Exhibition Hall and a short tour of the neighborhood, complete with a lunch at the picturesque Harborside International Golf Center on Lake Calumet. All this for only $105! (Register by Friday, July 11).
