Robbins Man With Alias Targeted In Search Warrant: COPS

Evergreen Park police executed early morning search warrant at Robbins man's home where they found an assortment of drugs, prosecutor said.

EVERGREEN PARK, IL -- Evergreen Park police executed a search warrant at a Robbins man’s home where officers found an assortment of drugs, prosecutors said. Marko Porter, also known as Marko Cooper, 36, appeared before Cook County Judge Donald Havis on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver.

According to the charges, Evergreen Park went to a home around 4 a.m. Feb. 2 in the 12400 block of South Hamlin Avenue in Robbins. Porter was home when officers arrive. Police found 17 tabs of MDMA, also known as molly and ecstasy, .8 grams tramadol and .2 grams of crack. Porter allegedly admitting to owning the drugs.

Bail was set at $10,000. Porter is due back in court March 1.
