A lifelong resident of Evergreen Park, Illinois, Steven Lanovich passed on February 20, 2019. Services will be Thursday, February 28th.
Steven J. Lanovich, "Hawk," 68, lifelong resident of Evergreen Park, Illinois. Cherished father of Jillian (Ryan) Hassan and Michael (Cheyenne) Lanovich. Dear son of the late Steve and Anne Lanovich. Loving brother of Annette Lanovich (Mike Kazlauskas), Janet (Craig) Bagdon, and the late Kenneth Lanovich. Devoted Poppa-Ratso of Lyla, Ellie, Emerson and Ruby. Fond Uncle of Melissa and Craig, and many more. Steve was an US Air Force Veteran serving as a Sgt. during the Vietnam War. He was an electrical engineer for many years, and lover of his family, friends, freedom, fireworks, and fun. Visitation Thursday, February 28th from 5-9 p.m. at Kosary Funeral Home, 9837 S. Kedzie Ave, Evergreen Park, IL. Burial Service Friday, February 29th at 9:00 am at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery 20953 W. Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL.
