EVERGREEN PARK, IL -- Heroin and syringes were found in a Midlothian woman’s pants after she got into a three-car crash in Evergreen Park with her 8-month-old baby in tow, prosecutors said. Lindsay Sprayberry, 27, appeared before Cook County Judge Michael Kane on felony charge possession of a controlled substance. She is also charged with misdemeanor child endangerment, possession of drug paraphernalia and traffic violations.

Around 5 p.m. June 4, Evergreen Park police responded to a three-vehicle accident in the 2400 block of West 95th Street. Police said syringes fell through the legs of her pants. Sprayberry also allegedly admitted to having two bags of heroin in her underpants. Her infant was also found inside her vehicle. No injuries were reported.

Sprayberry has past arrests for a misdemeanor DUI in 2012, and a 2009 arrest for possession of alcohol, the prosecutor said.
