• Flossmoor Man Among 6 Indicted for Alleged $19 Million Health Care Fraud Scheme: U.S. Attorney (patch.com) — A Flossmoor resident, Herbert “Randy” Foster, is among six people federally indicted in an alleged $19 million health care fraud scheme involving false psychotherapy claims to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois. Prosecutors say the group, tied to All Types Counseling Services in the southwest suburbs, submitted years of bogus bills and shared insurer payouts with supposed patients. Arraignment dates have not yet been set.
