Residential Burglary
Someone stole two BlueRay players, a Hewlitt-Packard laptop and change from an apartment in the 300 block of Des Plaines Avenue. The victim said he suspects his neighbor, who two weeks prior helped the man move furniture.
Bikes Stolen
Two bicycles were stolen from a garage in the 600 block of Circle Avenue. One was a gray Trek 7.2 valued at $450, and the second was a green and white Univega Nuevo Sport.

Trespassing
A resident in the 7200 block of Roosevelt Road told police that someone entered their car overnight after they noticed several things moved around. Nothing was reported missing.
Warrant Arrest
Anthony A. Richardson, 36, of Bridgeview, was charged with retail theft ater police were called to CVS in the 7200 block of Circle Avenue. Police said Richardson fled the CVS after stealing $40 in soap and headed toward the Green Line stop. The store manager did no sign criminal complaints, but when police ran Richardson's name they found he had an outstanding warrant from the Cook County Sheriff's Department.

DUI Charge
Mark E. Jaramillo, 28, of Berwyn, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after police stopped him for speeding at 3:07 a.m. in Harlem Avenue.
Police said he was going 38 mph in a 25-mph zone, and that he swerved over the yellow lines. Jaramillo told police he didn't have insurance, and police said they noticed his speech was slurred and he smelled like alcohol.
Jamarillo told police he has a lazy eye, but that it doesn't affect his driving. He said he had a couple of beers at his brother's home, and he failed field sobriety tests. He blew a .184 on the Breathalyzer, more than twice the legal limit. He was also charged with speeding, improper lane usage and driving without insurance. He was given a May 21 court date.
Property Damage
Someone smashed the rear windshield of a car parked in the 400 block of Elgin Avenue, using a rock. No entry was gained to the car.
