Registration is underway in Forest Park School District 91, with open registration running through Thursday, Aug. 15 for the 2013-14 school year.

Parents can register between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. until Aug. 15, or between 5 and 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 6 and Wednesday, Aug. 14.

The registration locations are: 

  • Field-Stevenson School (Grades 1-8)
  • Grant-White School (Grades 1-8)
  • Forest Park Middle School (Grades 1-8)
Parents with students in grades 6-8 can only register at Forest Park Middle School. 

To register a returning student, you need:
  • One of the following: Real estate tax bill, signed lease, mortgage document or payment book, residency attestation, military housing letter, Section 8 letter
  • Two of the following: Gas bill, electric bill, water/sewer bill/phone bill, cable bill, bank statement, vehicle registration, public aid card, driver's license, food stamp card, credit card statement, paycheck stub, village sticker receipt
