A great big Thank You and welcome home to Frankfort's own Colonel Dean Shoucair M.D. Dean arrived home safely late Friday night after serving our country over seas in Kuwait. Dean has been involved with the military in some way since he was 18, starting out as a private on active duty (including time in Panama & Costa Rica). He served ROTC at University of Michigan and five years of active duty after that including a year in Korea. He has been in the reserves since medical school including two tours in Iraq and the most recent tour in Kuwait which included a NATO mission to Khazakhstan. Dean is a great father, husband, friend, and neighbor. We have missed him and are so grateful that he is home safe and sound. Thank you for your service Colonel Shoucair!!
