Branch Pick-Up Begins In Frankfort

Branches should be set by the curb by Monday morning.

FRANKFORT, IL — As the weather starts to turn warmer, that means yard work also begins. In Frankfort, branch collection for 2023 has started.

According to the Village, branches should be set by the curb by Monday morning. The process takes a few days, so your branches may not be picked up until the following day.

The Public Works department collects branches subdivision by subdivision, starting on the east side of Frankfort, and working west, according to the Village website.

Branches should be stacked neatly, and only branches 1 inch in diameter or larger will be collected.

Branch pick-up will be offered through Oct. 9, according to the Village website.
