Frankfort officials at a public hearing set for April 15 will delve into an alleged violation of liquor policies by employees at Chef Klaus Bier Stube.
Mayor Jim Holland will hold the administrative hearing at 11:30 a.m. at the Village Administration Building, 432 W. Nebraska Street, regarding suspension of a liquor license for the restaurant, located at 20827 S. LaGrange Road, in Frankfort.
