Monkey Mind Art Studio and Gallery is pleased to announce the opening of their newest group show: A Little Somethin' Somethin', which will run from Saturday, December 3, 2011, through Saturday, January 7, 2012.
This juried show features a mix of 10 Midwest artists working in the areas of photography, painting, drawing, prints and sculpture.
"Last time and this time we had a few really young artists, so some of the work is more urban, edgy and contemporary," said gallery owner Patty McWilliams. "But we also have real traditional landscapes and florals from a longtime artist who draws inspiration from her time in Arizona."

An artists reception will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2012, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the close of the show, and the public is invited to come meet the artists. Work is also available for purchase throughout the show. Gallery hours are Wednesday through Friday: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Other days/times by appointment.
