Concert on the Green presents the Frankfort Brass Band from 4:30- 5:30 p.m. and the American Legion Marching Band from 6-7:30 p.m.Bring out a blanket or lawn chairs. In case of rain, concert will move to Founders Center, 140 Oak St.
