As we work though each chakra - each aspect of self- we receive an opportunity to experience this ancient yogic knowledge and make unexpected discoveries and realizations. Join Yoga Teachers, Colleen Rose and Jennifer Millette, as we walk awaken to our individual Chakra Story.
