Trillium In Concert

Down Home Guitars welcomes back Trillium Acoustic Quartet for an intimate in-store concert this Saturday. With an eclectic repertoire that ranges in style from celtic to folk to ragtime to bluegrass to swing, Trillium appeals to all ages and most musical tastes! The band features National Fingerstyle Champ Ed Hall on guitar, Mim Eichmann on hammered dulcimer, Doug Lofstrom on bass and Jonathan De Souza on fiddle and mandolin.

Having played together for almost 6 years, they've performed and returned to countless community festivals, coffeehouses, libraries, pubs, house concerts, nightclubs, fundraising events, corporate and private parties, weddings and receptions, in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. Their music has been featured many times on The WFMT Midnight Special & WDCB Folk Festival in the Chicago area, Wisconsin Public Radio's Simply Folk Program, KBCS folk programs, CelticNet and Highlander Radio, as well as broadcasts and internet streaming of these and associated stations throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe and Australia.
