Fall Festival Poster Contest Receives 50 Submissions
The winning entry will be chosen by a panel of judges by April 30 and unveiled at the first Concert on the Green on June 17.

Frankfort Fall Festival's annual poster concert drew 50 entries from students, who illustrated the event's 2012 theme, Carnivale, a press release stated.
A panel of judges will choose the winning poster by April 30. The first-place winner receives $250 from the chamber, and the design will appear on
festival promotional material and merchandise. The winner will be announced at the first Concert on the Green on June 17 on , and copies of the poster will be on sale at that time.

Poster submissions included everything from oil paintings to digitally enhanced photos adding a Brazilian twist to the downtown Frankfort event, the release stated. The poster submissions will be on display throughout the month at the Frankfort Public Library.
Frankfort Fall Festival runs from Sept. 1 to 3 throughout the historic downtown.
