Film Schedule Set for Movies on the Green (Flux Capacitor Not Included)

Roads? Where Movies on the Green is going this summer, it doesn't need roads. Just a screen and a projector.

The eighth season of the free summer film series, sponsored by the village, the Frankfort Park District and the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce, starts June 8 and features a collection of comedic classics (and one instant classic):

• What About Bob? starring Bill Murray and Richard Dreyfuss (June 8)
• Back to the Future, starring Michael J. Fox, Christopher Lloyd and a Delorean (July 6)
• Toy Story 3, starring the voices of Tom Hanks and Tim Allen (bring your own Kleenex) (Aug. 3)

The movies will be shown outside on Breidert Green, beginning at dusk (around 8:30 p.m.), with previews and cartoons at 7:45 p.m. and 8 p.m., respectively. Free popcorn will be provided during the previews by Kernel Sweet Tooth in downtown Frankfort.

Movies will be shown a week for their original date in the case of bad weather.
