Frankfort Man Held Loaded Gun To Relative's Head: Cops
James Epich, 31, was released from jail on March 25 and his next court date is April 16.

FRANKFORT, IL — A Frankfort man has been charged with aggravated assault and possession of a firearm with a revoked firearm owners identification card after the Will County Sheriff's Office said he held a loaded gun to his relative's head.
James Epich, 31, was arrested shortly around 12 a.m. on March 25 after deputies were called to the 7000 block of Jamison Drive in Frankfort Township. The sheriff's office said that when they arrived they spoke with a man who said he was a relative of Epich and had been visiting Epich's home. The man told police Epich had been in bed, and the man was in the kitchen speaking to another relative, when Epich came into the kitchen upset and kicked the man out of the house.
According to the report, the man told police that Epich had a gun in his hand and cocked it and put it to the man's head. Epich's gun was loaded and he also had a knife in his other hand, the sheriff's office said.
