Kite Fly Planned Tuesday In Frankfort

FRANKFORT, IL — In honor of the "Flying for Kids Month" statewide kite fly, the Frankfort Park District will hold its annual family fun fly on April 4.

The kite fly is free for all ages, and will be held from 11 a.m. to noon at Fort Frankfort at Commissioners Park.

The event is open to the public, and you can bring your own kite or borrow one from the park district, according to the district website.

The rain date is April 22 at Main Park.
