Movies On The Green Planned This Summer In Frankfort
Three movies will be held this summer, one in June, one in July and one in August.
FRANKFORT, IL — The movie choices are set for this summer's Movies on the Green. Three movies will be held this summer, one in June, one in July and one in August.
The movies will begin at dusk. The schedule is:
- June 13, "Honey I Shrunk The Kids"
- July 11, "Space Jam"
- Aug. 8, "Finding Nemo"
Guests can head out to Breidert Green for the free events. No pets or alcoholic beverages are allowed. Free popcorn is sponsored by the Knights of Columbus, Kiwanis Club of Frankfort, and Frankfort Lions Club.

Residents voted for their favorite choices earlier this spring.
The movies are co-sponsored by the Frankfort Park District, Frankfort Chamber of Commerce and the Village of Frankfort.

Rain dates would be one week after the original show date, according to the park district website.
