Neighbor Alert: Suspicious Activity Reported in Sandalwood Neighborhood

I walk the Sandalwood neighborhood multiple times a day. Many of you probably recognize me with my hand weights and weight vest. I’ve been doing this for years, but recently I've noticed some unusual activity that I want to bring to everyone's attention. Since the start of August, I have repeatedly observed an unfamiliar individual acting unusual along Sandalwood, Coriander, Clove, Tea Tree, Rosemary, and Lavender.

Description of the Individual:

• Appearance: Male with curly, light-brown hair.
• Clothing: Consistently wearing a gray hoodie (hood usually up, regardless of the heat) and blue pants.
• Accomplice/Vehicle: When approached, he leaves the area and is picked up nearby by a woman with shoulder-length reddish hair. Vehicle make and license plate are currently unknown.

Observed Behavior:

• He has been seen standing around parked cars and along the sides of residential properties.
• On one occasion, he was actively agitating a dog left outside on Sandalwood when I confronted him.
• Every time he is approached or questioned, he immediately flees the area and appears to call for his ride.

To be clear, I have not witnessed a specific crime, but the repetitive pattern of loitering on private property and fleeing when noticed is concerning. Please keep an eye out, lock your vehicles, and check your security or doorbell cameras if you live near these intersections.
