• Frankfort Man Among Three Sentenced to Federal Prison in Connection With Million-Dollar Procurement Fraud Schemes (fwrnews.com) — A Frankfort man, James Darnell Campbell, has been sentenced to just over a year in federal prison for his role in long-running fraud schemes that diverted more than $1 million from school systems and a nonprofit. Prosecutors say he and two co-defendants submitted bogus invoices for services never performed, and all three must repay over $1 million in restitution.
