Potbelly Now Open In Frankfort

FRANKFORT, IL — A Potbelly Sandwich Shop will open in Frankfort this week. The national sandwich chain known for its signature "Wreck" sandwich will be open for business at its newest location at 20910 S. La Grange Road beginning on Thursday, July 6, according to a news release.

The local shop, located near a Buona Beef that will open the same day, will be led by General Manager Jason Kern. Kern has been with Potbelly for nearly six years and will lead a staff of 20-25 in Frankfort.

“My favorite part of working at Potbelly is the ability to build relationships with regular customers in the neighborhood, to the point where, when they’re not there, we know it,” said Kern. “We know who our customers are, and I have to say, I have never worked at any place that connects with people the way Potbelly does. I look forward to feeding the Frankfort residents’ smiles in the neighborhood."

Potbelly will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays through Thursdays and from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturday.

Delivery (with a minimum $10 purchase) and drive-thru service will also be available.
