Would you like to take your home brewing hobby to the next level? Award-winning home brewer Scott Pointon will follow up his introduction to beer making with an in-depth look at more advanced brewing techniques such as "all grain" brewing (using only raw malted grains instead of malt extract). All-grain brewing allows the home brewer to control every aspect of the beer making process, leading to a finished product that can be every bit as good as commercially brewed beers.
