75 Homes Participating In Geneva City-Wide Garage Sale This Weekend
The two-day sale, taking place at residences across the city, is returning just in time for Earth Day.
GENEVA, IL — Geneva's city-wide garage sale is a few days away, and 75 residences spread out throughout the city are participating in the two-day sale.
The event, formally titled "ABC" sale because participants have cleaned attics, basements and closets — is set to take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
Hosted by the Geneva Chamber of Commerce, all participating residents were required to pay a registration fee, while Chamber staff worked on advertising, marketing, printing and distributing materials. Residents keep their profits.
