Police said a resident at the home went to investigate some noises he heard in his garage and found Anderson standing in his garage with a black neck warmer up over his nose and wearing a black jacket, dark-colored hat and black gloves. Anderson had a small black dog along on a leash and was holding a bag of tools that had been on the back shelf of the garage, according to the police report.

The resident yelled at Anderson and chased him out of the garage, according to the report. Outside the garage, a physical fight ensued when the resident was allegedly stabbed with a bladed weapon. He was also bit in the leg by the dog, according to the police report.
