Buy Lemonade, Help Geneva 8-Year-Old's 'Make-A-Wish' Come True

The St. Charles Panera Bread bakery-cafe supports Antonio, an 8-year-old boy from Geneva who wishes to visit the Orlando theme parks and meet Spongebob.

The lemonade stand will operate this weekend and next weekend from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Additionally 25 cents of each lemonade and frozen lemonade sold in the Chicago region July 16-31 will support Make-A-Wish Illinois.
