CASA's Community Resource Fair This Weekend

The resource fair is an opportunity to learn more about the services and resources provided by community agencies that serve Kane County children.

CASA Kane County is hosting its Annual Community Resource Fair from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 2, at the Batavia Public Library.

The fair is open to the public and will give attendees the opportunity to learn more about the services and resources provided by community agencies that serve Kane County children.

The agencies attending will represent services in areas including, but not limited to, substance abuse, mental health, housing advocacy, hospice services, domestic violence, children's literacy and parenting skills.

There will also be certified representatives on hand to discuss the Affordable Healthcare Act. There is no cost to attend.

Organizers ask that you invite your friends, neighbors and co-workers to attend the event. To RSVP or for more information, please contact Sarah Baxa at sbaxa@casakanecounty.org.

CASA Kane County is a nonprofit, volunteer organization that advocates for the
best interests of abused and neglected children within the Juvenile Court system. Last  year, the program served over 550 children throughout the Kane County area. For more information about CASA Kane County, please visit www.casakanecounty.org.
