Chef Alain Roby has announced that he will be creating a sugar-sculptured Pot of Gold, filled with some of his very own chocolates at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 13.  Guests who visit the store at 507 S. Third St. wearing St. Patrick's Day apparel will be entered to win, free of charge. The demonstration will begin at 3 p.m. and guests are invited to watch live, in the kitchen. The winning name will be drawn at 5 p.m. when the store closes.  As a reminder, Chef Roby continues to offer The Art of Plated Desserts as well as Chocolate Tastings, by reservation only. Please contact the store directly for details at 630-232-2395.

Our beautiful, full size, 78 foot Viking ship is based on a 1000 year old excavated ship.&nbsp; Hand built in Norway in 1893, our "VIKING"&nbsp; was sailed by a hardy crew of 12 adventurers non stop across the entire stormy North Atlantic, to become a star attraction of the Chicago World's Columbian Exposition of 1893.&nbsp;Hear its exciting story, admire its dramatic beauty, and learn the secrets of the ancient Viking shipbuilders. Open 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM on 6/21, 6/27 and 6/28 ONLY.Tours led by our friendly, expert guides begin every 15 minutes. No reservations are needed.
