Driver Injured After Crashing Car Into Geneva Home on New Year’s Day

The crash caused minor exterior damage to the home.

A 25-year-old man was taken to the hospital with minor injuries after he drove his car into a home in Geneva on Sunday afternoon, authorities said.

The 2010 Ford Taurus collided with the back of a single-family home in the 0-100 block of Maple Court, striking an air conditioning unit and electrical box and cutting power to the home, according to the Daily Herald. The home had minor exterior damage.
