Niche restaurant teams up with Duval-Leroy on Dec. 8 to provide diners a unique experience highlighted by rare 1980 Champagne tastings, a specially designed pairing menu by executive chef Serena Perdue and award winning sommelier Vince Balistreri, and guest speaker Arthur Silvente of Duval-Leroy. Guests of the evening will learn first hand about the distinct taste and terroir of Duval-Leroy Champagnes with the opportunity to purchase some of the rarest bottles not usually available for sale in the U.S.
Priced at $120 per person, the Duval-Leroy Champagne Dinner on Dec. 8 begins at 6:00 p.m. with a Champagne reception followed by a five-course tasting menu dinner at 6:30 p.m. For reservations, diners can call Niche at (630) 262-1000.
