GENEVA, IL — Geneva has been named a "Best of the West" city by readers of West Suburban Living, who said the city is a "premier community for dining, shopping and festivals."

According to magazine readers, Geneva is the top city they would most likely choose to live in besides their hometown. The Kane County city received the distinction as part of the magazine's 2022 "Best of the West" contest.

City officials said no other municipality has earned the title as many times as Geneva has throughout the magazine's two-plus decades of competition.
