New Art Studio Opening at the Berry House in Geneva

All Things Art Studio is opening its doors in downtown Geneva.

The Studio is located on Third Street at Franklin Street in The Berry House, 227 S. Third St., Suite 202, on the second level.

Erin Livermore is a local artist who currently resides in Elburn. She is a certified art teacher with a masters in education. She taught elementary and middle school art and language arts classes for the past eight years, with three of the years split between John Shields Elementary and McDole Elementary in the Kaneland School District. Two years were at Jefferson Middle School in Aurora, also teaching art.

This past year, Erin stayed home with her two young boys, and started teaching classes from her home studio, and at a former elementary school teaching art enrichment classes. Her business continued to increase, and soon her art studio was too small. Erin has a special love of teaching elementary school age and pre-school age students. Her success was proven by her students' admission into the IAEA Student Art Show each year she taught.

All Things Art Studio is offering four-week workshop sessions starting June 11, as well as a lot of one-day workshops. Tuesdays will include evening workshops for students ages 6 to 14, and teen nights.

Art Camp will be one week long, from July 16 to 20, and will have only 20 spots available for ages 6 to 14 and six coveted spots as “Art Assistants,” for young adults ages 15 to 18.

All Things Art Studio will also offer adult four-week classes and several “Make it Take It” two-hour workshops. Please see the website for all of the project options.
