No. 4: 

You might associate this old world Italian restaurant with martinis and live entertainment. There's no reason to break those associations, but it's fine to add a new one: the affordable lunch. The hearty portions here don't seem to shrink during the day, but the prices certainly do.

Cheap Eat: The Gnocchi Rapinati, featuring the tasty potato dumplings with sausage and rapini in an olive oil and garlic sauce, just $8.95.
