Their mini-entrees go from $6.25 to $10.25 for a 4-ounce filet minion. Houlihans drink specials are also a bargain, and they feature an incredible happy-hour deal.
3. is famous for its weekday "pie for $5" special, which gets you a cheese, sausage, or pepperoni pizza for just 5 bucks. They use quality ingredients atop a flaky crust, and for only $5 it's a deal that's hard to beat.

4. Thursday night is always a big evening out for the younger crowd. Thankfully, you can still afford to hit up a sports bar with ' 60-cent boneless wing on Thursday's. Their bar is always showing whatever game happens to be popular that night, and they have some of the nicest bartenders in town.
5. has been a staple Chinese-American restaurant in Geneva for generations. Their food is fast, fresh and served in a comfortable surrounding. Gen-Hoe's family-style menu can feed a brood for a great price, and there will be leftovers the next day.
