Three Injured in Crashes in Rural Kane County
Both crashes occurred near the intersection of Route 47 and Beith Road within 24 hours of each other.

Two crashes near the intersection of Route 47 and Beith Road in unincorporated Campton Township left three with injuries over the weekend, Kane County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Patrick Gengler said.
The crashes, which both happened within 24 hours of each other, do not appear to be related.
The first occurred at 4:30 p.m. on Friday when a 2012 Ford E-150 was traveling east on Beith Road and for an unknown reason did not stop for a stop sign at Route 47, Gengler said. The van was struck by a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer that was traveling south on Route 47.
