Sidewalk Brick Repair Starts Next Week In Downtown Geneva
Work will be completed on sidewalks on parts of West State Street, South Third Street and near the intersection of Route 31 and Route 38.
GENEVA, IL — Bricks on sidewalks in downtown Geneva are slated to be repaired starting Monday. The work is expected to last through Nov. 12, weather permitting.
Construction will be completed on sidewalks at the following locations:
- 215 W. State St.
- State Street Jewelers, 226 W. State St.
- Aurelio's Pizza, 330 W. State St.
- Doughocracy, 407 S. Third St.
- Former Little Owl site on the northwest corner of Routes 31 and 38.
Sidewalks will remain open to pedestrians, but parking spots in front of where work is being done might close intermittently during daytime hours, city officials said.
